Loaves, or loaf.
So this is some sort of Rye sour dough starter??? Does that sound dumb or what. I don't really know what I'm talking about but I overheard my sister in law telling someone that these loaves of bread just kind of sit around the bakery waiting to be reconstituted into the next batch, well something like that.
It has been on my list of places to photograph for a long time, that's the bakery, I just never get around to it. Someday soon I'm butting my way in, maybe when the storefront opens on Tuesday(shameless plug) I'll take some photos for fun.
